Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing ZINOSPHERE GAMER INNOVATION CENTRE. We build every custom PC to order, to your exact specifications. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1️⃣ No Returns or Refunds – General Policy
All sales are final.
Except as expressly stated in this policy or required by Malaysian law, no returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including (but not limited to):

Change of mind

Incorrect purchase or compatibility issues not disclosed before purchase

Buyer’s remorse

Third-party damage after delivery
No returns or refunds will be accepted unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
2️⃣ Defective, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods
We take great care to ensure your system arrives in perfect condition and meets your confirmed specifications.
If your order is defective, damaged during delivery, or materially different from the specifications confirmed in your invoice, you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
In such cases:
✅ You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
✅ You must provide:

Your order number and proof of purchase

A clear description of the issue

Photos or videos showing the defect or damage
✅ Upon verification, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with the law:

Repair the defective product, or
-
Replace it with a new equivalent product, or
-
Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible
3️⃣ Conditions of Acceptance for Defective Returns
To be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under this policy:

The item must be returned in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and cables).

No unauthorized modifications, overclocking beyond rated specifications, physical damage, or tampering must be present.

The product must not have been used in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine the product does not meet these conditions.
4️⃣ Warranty Service
All products include the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
If a defect arises after the initial 7-day period, you may be referred to the manufacturer for warranty service.
5️⃣ Software and Digital Products
Software licenses, digital products, and activation keys are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
6️⃣ Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong specifications), we will cover the return shipping costs.
