Had a great experience here! The staff were friendly, patient, and really took the time to understand what I needed before recommending a computer. They explained everything clearly without any pressure to buy. Overall very professional and helpful — definitely worth recommending! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Huge thanks to Zinosphere @ Colorful Malaysia for an excellent custom PC experience.

I’ve been away from desktops for a long time and have been relying on a laptop for lighter work, so coming back to a desktop honestly made me feel like a total noob again — so many things have changed, and I had to relearn quite a bit from scratch.

The team at Zinosphere was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the process. From consultation to build, they took the time to understand not just the specs I needed, but how I actually work and create. Everything was explained clearly, with honest recommendations and no pressure to over-upgrade.

A special shoutout to Darren, who was exceptionally patient with all my questions — even helping with online remote troubleshooting and issue-solving after the setup. That level of care and follow-through really stood out.

The PC was neatly assembled, cable management was clean, and the whole experience felt calm, professional, and reassuring. I’m genuinely impressed and feeling very grateful and supported. Highly recommend Zinosphere if you’re looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and friendly custom PC experience.

It’s rare to feel this well supported when returning to something unfamiliar, and I truly appreciate the care shown throughout.
